How many of you have watched the skin around your finger nails crack to the point of actually bleeding and being so sore you couldn’t hardly stand to touch anything?
Wifey’s had that problem for years, especially when doing a lot of food preparation etc.
I’ve used just about every lotion you can think of, including coconut oil and it’s just a continuous problem and constantly applying.
I’ve even had to use superglue to pull the cracks back together.
The heels of my feel often suffer from cracking because the winter/wool socks seem to draw all the moisture away from my heels.
THEN…some of our like-minded friends shared O’Keeffe’s Working Hands with us and it’s almost kin to a miracle!
I don’t know what’s in this stuff (outside of what’s listed on the label), but it’s odorless and greaseless and within 2 days, the cracks around my thumbnails were healed.
Now I just apply a small dab to each thumb after I’ve been in water or they feel dry.
We found ours at Ace Hardware, but our friends found it at Wal-Mart (we couldn’t locate it?) but either way, the price is around $6 and well worth it!!!
